PERFORMANCE NOTIFICATION PAGE

NOTE: This process is being modernized and simplified on my new website, being launched later this year.
Thank you for taking the time to slog through this antiquated approach for now!

Thanks for stopping in for a few moments to tell me of your performance.  I hope it was successful on all counts.

Whether you are professional or amateur, a teacher or a student, I am grateful for your vigilance in informing me whenever you perform my music.  No matter what the performance venue (recital, master class, symposium, symphony concert hall), your notifying me of each performance ensures that I can keep an up-to-date performance record of my music as well as receive a royalty from my performing rights organization, ASCAP (the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers).  This royalty payment, which costs you nothing, contributes mightily to my being able to continue to compose music for you.

The process of notifying me of your performance will cost you at the most a postage stamp and the few moments it takes to fill out a short Performance Notification Form; at the least, you're a few clicks away from completing and submitting the form while online.

Now, please click the appropriate button below:
